I ask unanimous consent that there now be 1 hour remaining for debate with respect to the Kagan nomination for the U.S. Supreme Court, with 15-minute blocks controlled as follows: Senator Sessions, Chairman Leahy, Leader McConnell, and Senator Reid of Nevada; that upon the use of the allotted hour, the Senate proceed to vote on confirmation of the nomination; that upon confirmation, the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid on the table, the President be immediately notified of Senate's action, and the Senate then resume legislative session. Further, I ask that when Members cast a vote on the nomination, they do so from their seats. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection?
