Mr. President, under a previous order, at 5 p.m. on Monday, the Senate will proceed to executive session to debate the nomination of Gary Feinerman to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois, with the time until 5:30 p.m. equally divided and controlled between Senators Leahy and Sessions or their designees. At 5:30 p.m., there will be two rollcall votes. The first vote will be on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 5297; the second vote will be on confirmation of the Feinerman nomination. ____________________
