Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the consideration of H. Con. Res. 285. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the concurrent resolution by title. The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 285) recognizing the important role that fathers play in the lives of their children and families and supporting the goals and ideals of designating 2010 as the Year of the Father. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the concurrent resolution.
