Mr. President, following leader remarks, if any, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to concur with respect to the House message on H.R. 1586, with an amendment dealing with FMAP and teacher funding. There will be an hour of debate, equally divided, with Senator Murray controlling the majority time. Upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will proceed to a rollcall vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to concur. That should occur at around 10:30, 10:45. ____________________
