Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that today at 12:30 p.m., the Senate proceed to the consideration of the conference report to accompany H.R. 2194, the Iran Refined Petroleum Sanctions Act, notwithstanding receipt of the official papers from the House; that debate on the conference report be limited to 2\1/2\ hours, with the time equally divided and controlled between the leaders or their designees; that upon the use or yielding back of time, the conference report be set aside and that the vote on adoption of the conference report occur at a time to be determined by the majority leader, following consultation with the Republican leader, the Senate having received the official papers from the House, and without further intervening action or debate.
