I would say I have had a number of conversations with the majority leader and Senator Coburn and I think we have a way to move forward tomorrow afternoon. Madam President, I was talking to the distinguished Senator from Ohio and we were saying, he and I, how much Lula Davis knows. She even recognized I made a mistake. I don't do it very often. I was referring to the Republican leader, not the majority leader. I would like the Record to reflect that. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senator from Ohio.
