I know Senator Whitehouse is coming down. A number of Senators have come down and spoken very eloquently. The Presiding Officer has also taken a good strong position and we so much appreciate all of her good work. An earlier speaker said that the NAACP is against this amendment. In fact, the NAACP is for this amendment.
