The material previously referred to by Ms. Leger Fernandez is as follows: Ms. Leger Fernandez moves to recommit the bill H.R. 2925 to the Committee on Natural Resources with instructions to report the same back to the House forthwith, with the following amendment: Add at the end the following: SEC. 3. BARRING ADVERSARIAL NATIONS FROM OPERATING ON PUBLIC LAND. Section 10101 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 (30 U.S.C. 28f) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(f) Barring Adversarial Nations From Operating on Public Land.--A mining claimant shall be barred from the right to use, occupy, and conduct operations on public land if the Secretary of the Interior finds the claimant has a parent company that is incorporated in, located in, or controlled by an adversarial nation.''.
