If a woman is raped and wants an abortion and lives in a State where there are no exceptions, that servicewoman, who joined to serve our country, has no choice, if she lives in 1 of 14 States in this country. They told our servicewomen that if they choose to serve our country, they will be deprived of the care they need.…”
