Retirement accounts are destroyed. Under the Constitution, Congress has the power to regulate commerce with foreign nations and impose tariffs. It is Congress' duty to review whether what he is doing is accurate or not. Even though it is our review, this is another area where Republicans don't want to have the debate on this floor. They are hiding behind these things they stick in these rules. They actually thought they stopped time. Republicans passed a rule that stops time for the purposes of voting on whether or not we should have these tariffs.…”
