Climate change is a tremendously pressing issue that we can't afford to continue ignoring.
The understanding that the polluter pays the bill for the contamination it creates is properly embedded in S. 3469.
The Commission makes a strong case for interim storage, but only in the context of a parallel disposal program.
It seems to me we have sort of three different issues, and maybe more than three.
