In October, several of my Senate colleagues and I sent a letter to your agency regarding the overfishing of the dusky sharks.

the number of domestic fish stocks listed as overfished or subject to overfishing has dropped to an all-time low

I just want to say if we could get a formal response to the letter that we sent with part of that strategy, I would really appreciate it.

I am really, really grateful to Chairman Sullivan for having this hearing and for his leadership on this subject
