Mr. Speaker, I move to suspend the rules and pass the bill (S. 3201) to extend the temporary scheduling order for fentanyl-related substances, and for other purposes. The text of the bill is as follows: S. 3201 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Temporary Reauthorization and Study of the Emergency Scheduling of Fentanyl Analogues Act''. SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY ORDER FOR FENTANYL-RELATED SUBSTANCES. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, section 1308.11(h)(30) of title 21, Code of Federal Regulations, shall remain in effect until May 6, 2021. SEC. 3. STUDY AND REPORT ON IMPACTS OF CLASSWIDE SCHEDULING. (a) Definition.--In this section, the term ``fentanyl- related substance'' has the meaning given the term in section 1308.11(h)(30)(i) of title 21, Code of Federal Regulations.
