I would say to you, as I looked at this, I saw Social Security as the bedrock.
We did a whole series of things in our Social Security reform not to discourage people from working, but to encourage them to continue working if they are able to do so.
If we are going to provide tax incentives for people to have retirement savings, then it should not be used as a piggy bank to pay for other things.
all the talk in the world doesn't matter if you don't actually get something done in the real world.
