Incredibly important at this time with what is going on in China and Russia.
I am concerned that you are not doing enough to maintain an ISR capacity.
It takes longer to get an EIS (Environmental Impact Statement) done these days than it does to go through medical school...
We are doing it both for geologic storage now and EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery).
