One month later, October 11, 2001, something happened. It was described in Time magazine because it was not readily known around the rest of the country what had happened. Let me read it: For a few harrowing weeks last fall-- Referring to October 2001-- a group of U.S. officials believed that the worst nightmare of their lives, something even more horrific than 9/11, was about to come true.…”
