Mr. President, just to make it clear what the amendments are, it is Burr amendment No. 3390; Sanders amendment No. 3353, as modified; Bunning amendment No. 3360; Bunning amendment No. 3361, and Baucus motion to waive the Budget Act. I thank the Chair. For the information of all Senators, the first vote will be on the Burr amendment, which is similar to the Sanders amendment. One big difference, that Burr amendment takes stimulus dollars to pay for the Sanders amendment. I yield the floor and suggest the absence of a quorum. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
