I'm saying China would not stand idly by. They would not just sit there and watch whatever may or may not unfold in North Korea should U.S. attempt preemptive strike.
This is not a fixable Washington problem. This is a condition, like a chronic condition, that we are going to have to cope with.
It is hard to know how that would play out because China is pretty conservative.
