I say to them if you were to get into war with the U.S., every part of the China dream goes right to hell.
So from my perspective, all I heard is China complaining, frankly, that the U.S. is not allowing the technology transfer that they like under the U.S. Export and Control Act.
They would find a way to get into the peninsula themselves so they can control the peninsula.
This legislation sets forth the much-needed Executive-Congressional framework to ensure that both branches of government work to achieve the strongest possible outcomes in our trade agreements.
