Look, I mean, you ping pong things back and forth, but the truth is there's an expenditure of taxpayer dollars here.
Many years ago, my Native friends told me that water is life, and it is, for all lives.
This year's request is $370 billion, represents 10 percent increase over FY '24.
I think it is a very important piece of legislation.
