Mr. McNERNEY. Mr. Speaker, I thank the gentleman from Utah (Mr. Stewart) for his leadership on this issue. It is an issue that can affect families and tear them apart, and I appreciate the work. The National Suicide Hotline Designation Act is a necessary step in reducing suicide in the United States and will ultimately save lives. Mr. Speaker, I urge my colleagues to support this legislation, and I yield back the balance of my time.
