Mr. Speaker, I yield myself such time as I may consume. Mr. Speaker, I rise today in support of H.R. 2815, introduced by the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Lance). The bill names the United States Post Office at 30 East Somerset Street in Raritan, New Jersey, after Sergeant John Basilone. Sergeant Basilone was among the first wave of marines to storm the shores of Iwo Jima on February 19, 1945. I thank Representative Lance for introducing this bill to pay tribute to the life and sacrifice of Sergeant Basilone. Mr. Speaker, I yield such time as he may consume to the gentleman from New Jersey (Mr. Lance) to explain his bill.
