I respectfully ask that the Northern Marianas be included in the exemptions to EAS requirements, along with Alaska and Hawaii.
We believe that it is incumbent upon us to make sure that all children have a quality education, and Title I program does focus on making sure it is leveling the plank.
I respectfully request you consider the Northern Mariana Islands and other U.S. Territories, which all could benefit from additional support from Rural Development.
I am not convinced the Department has been using this money as effectively as it could.
