I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used by the Department of Transportation or the Federal Aviation Administration to pursue, adopt, or enforce guidelines or regulations requiring a sponsor of a general aviation airport to terminate an existing residential through-the-fence agreement, or otherwise withhold funds from a sponsor of a general aviation airport, solely because the sponsor enters into an agreement that grants a person that owns residential real property adjacent to the airport access to the airfield of the airport for noncommercial uses. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 1569, the gentleman from Missouri (Mr. Graves) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Missouri. {time} 1830
