In closing, this bill before us is a strong bipartisan and forward- looking piece of legislation that will undoubtedly advance American aviation, innovation, and safety. I am not going to go into the many great things that are in this bill, but I have served in this House for more than 23 years, and I have been looking forward to passing an FAA bill as chairman of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee for a long time.
