The First Amendment does not protect against criminal liability or incitement to violence.

I take exception to the comments directed at two of the Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court and would simply note that there is zero evidence to suggest that there is either an actual or even the appearance of any impropriety on the part of those Justices.

That is not what this amendment does. It simply says, let us see what works and does not work; let us make sure that if those States are transitioning to vote-by-mail or trying to improve their system, that we have a sense of best practices. That is it.
