I think Merrick Garland, if he is not totally awake now to the pressure that he is going to be facing, I think now for him not to indict, frankly, would cause this country more harm that even if he indicts and there is a hung jury or not a successful conviction.
I believe in these circumstances, the risk is so much greater if they let this guy go with not any consequences.
