I think that Shaye and her mother today put the human toll in front of the American people, the human toll of Donald Trump`s effort to overturn the will of the American people.
I think now, they have got a big body of evidence on intent, on his criminal intent. That he knew he had lost the election, and he wanted to steal power. And that`s fraud. It is a crime, it one of those years crimes that can be committed.

What this shows in a state where Republican registrations outnumber Democrats, two to one that women are really upset that a fundamental right and freedom has been taken from them. And I think it is going to be a very motivating issue.
One of my daughters had a miscarriage not very long ago. Right now in Missouri, it would be perfectly within reason for a law enforcement agency to request a search warrant to search her home, to search the doctor`s office to see if, in fact, the medication she was taking, was it for a self-managed abortion, or was it to manage the consequences of a miscarriage? Think about that for a minute. That`s what the law is in my state right now.
