I absolutely hear you on this issue. I think this privacy issue on accessing data is absolutely critical. And it is nonnegotiable.

I am the staunchest supporter of the VA but I will also be their harshest critic.

We are making sure that we are not contracting the opportunities of the GI Bill offers.
