The amendments were agreed to, as follows: Amendment No. 992 (Purpose: To provide access to grocery delivery for homebound seniors and individuals with disabilities eligible for supplemental nutrition assistance benefits) On page 351, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following: SEC. 4001. ACCESS TO GROCERY DELIVERY FOR HOMEBOUND SENIORS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES ELIGIBLE FOR SUPPLEMENTAL NUTRITION ASSISTANCE BENEFITS. (a) In General.--Section 3(p) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2012(p)) is amended-- (1) in paragraph (3), by striking ``and'' at the end; (2) in paragraph (4), by striking the period at the end and inserting ``; and''; and (3) by inserting after paragraph (4) the following: ``(5) a public or private nonprofit food purchasing and delivery service that-- ``(A) purchases food for, and delivers the food to, individuals who are-- ``(i) unable to shop for food; and ``(ii)(I) not less than 60 years of age; or ``(II) individuals with disabilities; ``(B) clearly notifies the participating household at the time the household places a food order-- ``(i) of any delivery fee associated with the food purchase and delivery provided to the household by the service; and ``(ii) that a delivery fee cannot be paid with benefits provided under the supplemental…
