Mr. Speaker, I rise to immediately bring up H.R. 377, the Paycheck Fairness Act, which would jump-start the middle class, instead of this partisan lawsuit attacking the President of the United States. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Chair understands that the gentleman from Florida has not yielded for that purpose. Therefore, the gentleman's unanimous consent request cannot be entertained.
