Madam Speaker, I move to suspend the rules and agree to the resolution (H. Res. 1002) honoring the life and work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and encouraging the continued commitment to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day as a national day of service. The Clerk read the title of the resolution. The text of the resolution is as follows: H.
