Republicans complain about government spending when there is a Democrat sitting in the White House.
They lump all taxpayers together into one undifferentiated group, and then claim that 'an average taxpayer' receives a significant benefit from TCJA.
The answer is to bake a bigger pie so that people can participate, and I am all in on that suggestion.
