Yet another option, tolling. Let's deal with that one and see where the American people stand on tolling.
I do believe discrimination exists. I do believe economic disparity is growing.
Unfortunately, H.R. 5037, seems to be aimed directly at the Martin Act, and by preempting these State laws, the bill would allow small-time fraud to run rampant.
