We believe strongly in the American system, and my strong conviction is that as a result of this meeting and as a result of the efforts of the delegation, this system has been strengthened--and I think communism has been isolated in this hemisphere.

I appreciate that. Doctor, we are talking about collecting it on August 1st for a virus that arrived on our shores in January and February.
Massachusetts has been hit extremely hard by this virus. We have had over 100,000 people infected and over 7,500 deaths.
But to my people in Massachusetts and our people in Chelsea--maybe they are predominantly Black and brown, men, women, and children--this administration's failure to test was no joke.
What your bill is calling for is the ability for that to be transparent, to get out, so that State legislatures can start to enact similar laws like that to help provide some accountability.
