Island States, vulnerable nations, they are the ones suffering the most, but they do not contribute to the problem.
We got massive legislation passed to make a difference for my grandchildren, and their children.
There is no current proposal or plan that has been agreed to which would require us to do that.
I think we have to look at this beyond the China.
