I yield back the balance of my time with the urging of an ``aye'' vote by the Members. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from Massachusetts (Mr. Markey) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 5026, as amended. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill, as amended, was passed. The title was amended so as to read: ``A bill to amend the Federal Power Act to protect the bulk-power system and electric infrastructure critical to the defense of the United States against cybersecurity and other threats and vulnerabilities.'' A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
