Madam Speaker, I yield 5 minutes to the gentleman from Massachusetts (Mr. Neal), a champion of the Good Friday Agreement, a person who I mentioned in my remarks was there at the time, working to make it successful. Ireland and the Good Friday Agreement have no greater leader and supporter.
