I would have voted yes on Castro Amendment No. 75.
It's long overdue for the United States to truly prioritize Africa in its broader foreign policy.
I hope will see the floor soon.
It is my hope that 1 day the region will seek true, lasting peace, free from Russian and Iranian malign influence.
