The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend the low- income housing credit rules for buildings in GO Zones) After section 185, insert the following: SEC. 186. EXTENSION OF LOW-INCOME HOUSING CREDIT RULES FOR BUILDINGS IN GO ZONES. Section 1400N(c)(5) is amended by striking ``January 1, 2011'' and inserting ``January 1, 2013''. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
