I would agree to that. If the Senator wants to have 30 minutes now, then we will alternate, through the Chair, 15 and 15. That is fine. But I would say that this Senator has been on the floor of the Senate all morning. I have given up a lot of other meetings that I could have been at because this issue is very important. There was no one else on the floor most of the time when I was speaking. So I appreciate that. But I think this issue is important enough. I ask unanimous consent, the Senator has said 30 minutes on their side right now, and then we will go 15, 15 for the next couple of hours. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered.
