(Purpose: To require the Secretary of the Army to use certain funds for the construction of authorized restoration projects in the Louisiana coastal area ecosystem restoration program) On page 30, between lines 6 and 7, insert the following: SEC. 4__. LOUISIANA COASTAL AREA. Of the amounts appropriated or otherwise made available under this chapter, the Secretary of the Army shall use $19,000,000 for the construction of authorized restoration projects under the Louisiana coastal area ecosystem restoration program authorized under title VII of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 (Public Law 110-114; 121 Stat. 1270).
