While I do not believe I did anything illegal, or ever thought I was doing anything illegal, I did an awful, awful lot that was wrong. And there is no one else responsible for my sins.

Either pain on shore with everything that was advertised. The surge, the rain, the wind, all of our levee systems, particularly our federal levee systems and hurricane risk reduction systems performed magnificently. Having said that, the damage is still catastrophic.
