The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To prevent the new government entitlement program from further increasing an unsustainable deficit) At the end of subtitle B of title I, insert the following: SEC. ___. SUSPENSION OF THE ACT. If at the beginning of any fiscal year OMB determines that the deficit targets set forth in the CBO report of March 20, 2010 will not be met, the provisions of this Act and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act shall be suspended for that year.
