By virtue of the power and authority vested in and conferred upon me by the laws of the United States in that behalf made and provided, it is hereby ordered that the tract of land hereinafter described be and the same is hereby withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, entry, or other disposition, and reserved and set aside for the use of the U.
