Madam Chair, I rise in support of this amendment. I thank Chairman Amodei for working with us to include these bipartisan priorities in this amendment. While I do have some concerns about the extent to which some of these accounts would be cut by these amendments, I trust that we will be able to address those problems before this bill becomes law. Madam Chair, I urge my colleagues to support this amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time.
