I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of S. 3187 introduced earlier today. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title. The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 3187) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend the funding and expenditure authority of the Airport and Airway Trust Fund, to amend title 49, United States Code, to extend authorizations for the airport improvement program, and for other purposes. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
