Mr. Speaker, I move to suspend the rules and pass the bill (H.R. 1768) to reauthorize subtitle G of title VII of the Energy Policy Act of 2005, relating to diesel emissions reduction, and for other purposes. The Clerk read the title of the bill. The text of the bill is as follows: H.R. 1768 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Diesel Emissions Reduction Act of 2019''. SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION. Section 797(a) of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 16137(a)) is amended by striking ``2016'' and inserting ``2024''. The SPEAKER pro tempore.
