Madam Chair, I yield myself 30 seconds. Madam Chair, I am really astounded by the remarks of my friend from California. It seems that first of all they deny the scientists that have come before the committee, the many scientific organizations throughout the world who say that climate change is a reality. They deny this science and these scientists saying we are reaching a tipping point. Now, Madam Chair, they are denying the opinion and the warnings from the command shelter of our American military. I just don't know who will convince them. I reserve the balance of my time.
