America is the only indispensable nation.
This is not going to be an announcement about U.S. ground troops.
There will be no boots on the ground. There will not be a ground combat role for forces, U.S. forces, in Iraq or potentially Syria.
Turkey obviously serves an extraordinarily important role in the alliance.
